- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup cucumber- peeled, chopped with seeds removed
- 1 cup onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 cups fresh chopped basil
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar

- Take a salad bowl, add minced garlic in it.
- Cut the bread into small pieces.
- Add all the ingredients to it and mix well.
