Twitter’s Citrus obsession: Why Over 9 million people watched it?

Sometimes obsession reaches a very different level and it is really hard to comprehend the force behind it. Recently, Twitteratis are facing a new kind of obsession- The Citrus Obsession.

Well, around 9 million people have watched the video of a lemon rolling down the hill. This has been happening since a twitter user, Mike Sakasegawa saw it during his morning run. Some have declared this video as an inspirational source while others have designed their own versions keeping the baseline uniform.

Mike Sakasegawa got so mesmerized by the lemonic path- a lemon rolling down a hill that he actually captured it and posted the video on his Twitter handle. Since then, it has been viewed by many. This video of 1 minute 50 second has become the real twitter sensation.

“Today as I was walking home after my run I saw a large lemon rolling down the hill. It kept rolling for about a quarter mile. And now you can see it, too,” Sakasegawa wrote. He even took it back to his home and weighed it.

Twitter is pouring in with lemonish comments on this video. So many have responded it with their own thoughts. Good to see Twitter playing as a mode of entertainment!!
